Student Philanthropy

The Student Philanthropy Council is a group of student ambassadors who work to create awareness and provide education about the importance of philanthropy at NC State.

Meet the Director

Samuel is a rising Park Scholar sophomore at NC State University, pursuing a double major in Business Administration and International Studies with concentrations in Global Sustainability/Development and Entrepreneurship. He currently serves on the Poole Student Philanthropy Council Board and engages with incoming freshmen as a Poole College of Management Ambassador. Philanthropy has always played a pivotal role in Samuel’s life and has manifested itself in multiple ways, most recently being his appointment to the position of Student Philanthropy Director at NC State University, a role he will be pioneering. In addition, Samuel is a Big Brother with the national non-profit, Big Brothers Big Sisters. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and traveling.
