  • The Student Body favors the removal of authority and administration of the Facebook page “Wolfpack Students” from Student Government.
  • The Student Body believes that the University should provide free feminine hygiene products.
  • The Student Body favors a increase of approximately $2.00 in student fees to open access to D.H. Hill Library on the Hillsborough Street side.
  • The Student Body feels there is adequate knowledge and transparency of the increasing prices of NC State parking permits.

UAB Refernda:

  • Based on the current Summer Programming section (7) within the current Union Activities Board Constitution, officers of the Union Activities Board are required to plan summer programs while potentially off-campus and without compensation. The Union Activities Board calls for an amendment to Section 7 within the current Union Activities Board Constitution to state that a Union Activities Board summer intern plan all summer programs. Should the Summer Programming section within the Union Activities Board Constitution be amended?
  • Based on the current Vacancies and Attendance section (18) within the current Union Activities Board Constitution, the process for filling vacant officer positions creates a two week hold on committee business and program planning. The Union Activities Board calls for an amendment to Section 18 within the current Union Activities Board Constitution to allow vacant positions to be filled in a more timely manner. Should the Vacancies and Attendance section within the Union Activities Board Constitution be amended?
  • Based on the current Budget Process section (20) within the current Union Activities Board Constitution, The Union Activities Board funds may be utilized to upkeep the campus cinema which falls under the management of Campus Enterprises. The Union Activities Board calls for an amendment to Section 20 within the current Union Activities Board Constitution to remove upkeep of the campus cinema. Should the Budget Process section within the Union Activities Board Constitution be amended?
